ODY VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING
The Office of Diné Y.O.U.T.H. will be offering Virtual Youth Programs
for Spring 2021 at all agency sites beginning January 11, 2021.
To particiate, you will need to have access to a computer, laptop, or tablet (i.e., Surface Pro, IPad, Chrome Notebook, Amazon Fire Tablet, etc.), and at home interest or Wi-Fi.
Below are agency programming flyers, links to the membership application forms along with a list of required documents to be attached. These documents may be scanned and emailed, mailed, faxed, or hand delivered to curb-side services at the respective agencies. If dropping off in person, we would appreciate it if you could please call ahead of time. Curb-side services will require all individuals to wear a mask. - Current Immunization Record
- Certificate of Indian Blood
- Income Verification - Check Stub(s)
- Any Financial Assistance which the family is receiving will need verification documents as well. (i.e., TANF, Food Stamps, WIC, SSI Benefits, Alimony, Child Support, etc.)
- Unemployed - Notarized Statement
- Navajo Housing Authority Residency - Verification Letter from NHA
